Inspired by ancient Chinese nutritional wisdom, we believe that you don’t have to sacrifice flavor for function. This is why we make our products with the highest quality ingredients and zero artificial flavors and preservatives.





I was born in Chengdu, Sichuan, and grew up moving across the world. Even though I left my hometown at a young age, my taste buds never did. Every trip home was a chance to sit at my grandparents' kitchen table, revisiting the epic street snacks of my childhood, learning techniques and traditions passed down for generations, and reconnecting with family through our common language of food.

As I grew up and my passion for cooking became my profession, I found myself returning to my roots, inspired by the culinary complexity, ever-evolving spirit, and often under-appreciated status of Sichuan food. I created an award-winning restaurant in Shanghai, started a renegade supper club around my dining table, and cooked pop up dinners in cities around the world. 

I founded Fly By Jing to bring the flavors of Sichuan to the world. My inspiration was "fly restaurants", hole-in-the-wall eateries in my hometown that are so delicious, they draw people like flies. I want to show that Sichuan flavors are so much more nuanced and complex than the mouth-numbing spice that it's become famous for, and that "Made in China" can mean the highest quality products made with all natural ingredients without artificial preservatives and flavor shortcuts like MSG. 

The result is the first line of all-natural, premium sauces and snacks proudly crafted in Chengdu and now available worldwide. I'm excited to share the beautiful ingredients of my hometown with you all, and can't wait to see how you will add more flavor to your lives.
